TOP 5 - SRUJAN LOKESH 

Srujan Lokesh entered the anchoring field with a famous show of Suvarna channel - "Sye" to Dance which was one of largest reality show during that time. It was judged by Chandrika and Tilak. Being the son of a well know actor Lokesh, he continued anchoring other shows of Suvarna channel namely, "Superstar of Karnataka" judged by Devraj and Priyanka Upendra, and "Sye 2" judged by Suman Ranganath and Sashi Kumar. For a long time, Srujan has stayed with the Suvarna channel and has helped a lot it the betterment of the channel.  He has also hosted an award show of Suvarna Channel, namely, "Suvarna Filmfare Awards 2011". Srujan Lokesh became one of the best anchors when he started hosting a show named after him, "Maja with Sruja". Srujan Lokesh won a lot of hearts by hosting this show. Many veiwers requested for the continuation of the show, but it was stopped to make place for another show named "Neena Naana". He is currently anchoring "Kitchen Kiladigalu" along with Sihi Kahi Chandru.

TOP 4 - AKUL BALAJI


Akul Balaji first caught attention on the screen by being a mentor for 'Boys team' in "Kuniyonu Baara - Boys v/s Girls Season" for Zee Kannada. Though this did not bring much fame to him, he first caught the attention of the youth by anchoring the largest reality show of South India, "Pyate Hudgeer Halli Lifu" of Suvarna Channel. After this he hosted many "Social Experiment" based shows like, "Halli Hyda Pyateeg Banda", "Pyate Mandi Kaadig Bandru", "Pyate Hudgeer Halli Lifu - 2" and "Pyate Mandi Kaadig Bandru - 2" which were all telecasted in Suvrana channel. Though in "Pyate Hudgeer Halli Lifu" and in  "Halli Hyda Pyateeg Banda", he was accompanied by jury members, he himself became the judge for all the other shows which he hosted after them. All the participants who have so far, helped him make all these shows a huge success, appreciate him for his patience and determination which the viewers can also see on-screen. He has also brought about drastic changes in the lives of many people by anchoring shows like "Hosa Love Story" and "Nodi Swami, Naav Irode Heege". He also hosted the  "Suvarna Filmfare Awards 2011" along with Srujan Lokesh.

For all the success he has brought to all the channels at which he has worked, he is ranked FORTH in this list.


TOP 3 - SHWETHA CHENGAPPA

Shwetha Chengappa started her career in the Sandalwood industry by playing a comedy role in the movie "Joot". Later, she acted in many serials like "Sumathi" for Udaya TV. This won a lot of fame for her. Later, she became the anchor of a famous dance reality show of ETV Kannada, "Dhee". After this, her life took an important turn when she was given the offer to anchor the famous show of Zee Kannada, "Yariguntu Yarigilla". She became very popular from this game show as she anchored it really well. The popularity of this game show is increasing day by day and it will surely reach its peak in another few days. Varsha who was the previous anchor of this game show had already set a level to this game show. When everyone doubted if Shwetha could really anchor this show like Varsha did, she even crossed the expectations and anchored the show even better.

For the everlasting smile on her face, Shwetha has grabbed the THIRD position in this ranking list.

TOP 2 - SUSHMA K RAO


Sushma K Rao from Koppa (Chikmagalur district), has completed her ‘double’ graduation. She has a BSc degree in Computer Science from KLE College and a BA degree in Hindi from the University of Madras. She has also completed her Senior Bharatanatyam examination under the guidance of her guru Shubha Dhananjay. She has also performed at various shows in New Delhi, Mumbai, Jaipur and Thiruvananthapuram including the prestigious Hampi Utsav, and has also won the State and Central scholarship (NCERT) in dance. She shined on screen in a famous serial of ETV which was telecasted for more than 5 years. This serial was named "Guptagamini". With her popularity increasing every day, she first anchored the "Sye" to Dance along with Srujan Lokesh for Suvarna channel. Later she even anchored the show, "Superstar of Karnataka" along with Srujan itself. Later, she stepped out of Suvarna channel for the time being. Later, she gave guest appearance in "Sye 2 Finals" as the host again. Currently, she is anchoring the most famous game show of E-TV, "Genes" in Kannada. Even though this show is telecasted in various languages with different anchors, she has simply excelled in its anchoring. She makes the show very enjoyable and also does not "Show off" which is a very important lesson which most of the anchors of today have to learn from her.


For her ever-motivating anchoring, she is placed SECOND in this list.

TOP 1 - PUNEETH RAJKUMAR


Puneeth Rajkumar known as "Appu" is anchoring his first show, "Kannadada Kotyadipathi" for Suvarna. He has already won  the hearts of many people through his anchoring skills. His time management skills, body language, way of anchoring, presence of mind - everything is simply the best. Initially, everyone doubted if he really could anchor such a huge show, which was anchored by Amitabh Bachchan in Hindi. Now a days, we hear opinions from people outside and inside Karnataka, that Puneeth is anchoring even better that Amitabh.

For all the skills and determination towards his work, he is ranked ONE in this list.
