Google has launched the Google Science Fair 2016, a science competition across all parts of globe by associating with Scientific American, LEGO, Virgin Galactic, National Geographic and the American Educator organizations.
Young talents, from 13 to 18 years aged all across the world are invited to take part in competition and present creative and interesting scientific projects that are relevant to today’s world. Entrants can submit their projects and can compete by teaming up to three persons on their own in the categories mentioned below.

Google Science Fair Rules & Theme:
Among all, 90 Regional Finalists will be selected. 15 Finalists gets selected from the Regional Finalists and will fly to Mountain View California for competition to get a chance to become the Final Winner according to their age category of 13-14, 15-16 and 17-18. All the 3 Finalists will be selected as Grand Prize Winner.
Google Science Fair Eligibility:
• Contest is open to all individuals born between 13th February 1995 and 12th May 2001.
• Applicants from Netherlands must be born between 13th February 1995 and 12th May 1998
• Applicants from South Korea, Spain and Israel must be born between 13th February 1995 and 12th May 2000
• Parents or Legal guardian’s permission is must for applicants who are not full of age to enter the competition.
Google Science Fair Prize:
1. Grand Prize Winner will receive total of US $90,000
2. Trip to Galapagos Island by National Geographic
3. Scholarship by Google
4. Lifetime Experience by Google/ LEGO/ National Geographic
5. Personalized Price by LEGO
6. Digital Access to his/her school by Scientific American
7. Virgin Galactic Experience
8. Scholarships and interesting Prizes for other winners like

How to Apply Google Science Fair 2016:First, Applicants must create a Google Account. Applicants should register either as an Entrant, Team Member or as a Team Leader to submit their projects. All the submissions should include project overview in brief and a Video of maximum 2 Minutes length or a Slideshow of maximum 20 slides.
