AP LAWCET/PGLCET 2016 Notification Exam Date Online Application Form
Candidates are welcomed to apply to the Law Common Entrance Test (LAWCET)and PG Law Common Entrance Test (PGLCET) 2016 held by the Convener, The Department of Law, Sri Venkateshwara University, Tirupati and Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education(APSCHE) to gain entry into the 3 year or 5 year LLB courses for the academic year 2016-2016. Please refer to the details mentioned below.
Who can Apply?
• Applicants must be Indian Citizens
• Applicants should vouch for their local or non local and produce documents to vouch for their status as prescribed by the Educational Institutions of Andhra Pradesh
• LAWCET: 3 Year LLB aspirants – Recognized 3 years Graduate Degree with an average of 45 %
• LAWCET: 5 Year LLB aspirants – Applicants should have cleared their Intermediate (10 + 2) with an average of 45%
• For those applicants who are SC/ST and applying for the 3 year of 5 year LLB courses, 40% should have been scored on an average in their respective qualifying examination
• PGLCET: LLM aspirants – Recognized LLB/BL degree on the day of submitting the application form.
• PGLCET: LLM aspirants – Applicants who are applying as ‘Private’ of OU, should have been a Judicial Officer or an Advocate for 3 years as on the date of examination
• Applicants need to submit memorandum or marks and the Pass Certificate during admission

Age Group – As on 31st Dec 2016
• Applicants below 30 years of age can only apply for 3 year LLB course – General Category
• Applicants below 20 years of age can only apply for 5 year LLB course – General Category
• Applicants below 35 years of age can apply for 3 year LLB course – SC/ST
• Applicants below 22 years of age can apply for 5 year LLB course – SC/ST
Application Fee -
• Applicants must pay a registration fees of Rs.250 – 3 or 5 Years (LAWCET)
• Applicants must pay a registration fees of Rs. 500 - PGLCET
Application Procedure -
• Go to aplawcet.org
• Online applications must be sent
• The applicant must have a genuine email address
• Before submission all the fields must be duly filled.
• Signature and the PP size photograph must be scanned and uploaded while submitting the application form
• Print out of the submitted application form must be carried to the exam centre after affixing a PP photograph to the same
• Candidates have to remain in the exam hall for the duration of the exam
